Family Care Center (FCC)

Context:

Family Care Center is a collection of psychiatric healthcare clinics that specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Because TMS is one of the primary modalities offered by FCC, new Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, and Osteopathic Doctors must all go through TMS onboarding when hired by FCC. To implement a robust onboarding program at scale, we needed to develop a streamlined onboarding plan customized to the needs and behaviors associated with each role.

Solution:

We created a full, accredited onboarding program for TMS, including eLearnings, virtual instructor-led trainings (VILTs), live instructor-led trainings (ILTs), webinars, and job aids.
