Family Care Center (FCC)

Context:

Family Care Center is a collection of psychiatric healthcare clinics with over forty locations across five states. The Training team was struggling to rapidly deploy cohesive and accessible learning solutions at scale, and when I looked through their existing resources, it quickly became clear why — without any templates or standard operating procedures (SOPs), each Training team member was starting from scratch with every deliverable they produced.

Solution:

I created a series of on-brand, intuitive templates that the Training team could copy and edit as needed, including a Rise360 template, a Powerpoint template, SOPs for training, and an accessibility checklist. This has allowed their team to rapidly scale the number of deliverables they produce without sacrificing quality.
