As a Trainer, Learning Designer, and Senior Learning Designer at Guild, I partnered with SMEs across the organization to create engaging, accessible, and relevant training deliverables for Guild’s ~1,400 employees.
Over a period of five years, I developed expertise in every facet of training development — from wrangling SMEs and getting stakeholder buy-in, to developing complex interactions in Storyline360, to administering Guild’s LMS, and everything in between.
Solution:
I created countless training deliverables during my time at Guild, including eLearnings, VILTs, job aids, independent study guides, assessments, microlearnings, videos, and blended learning solutions. I also led several large-scale, strategic initiatives and implemented innovative upskilling programs.
