Context:

Guild partners with Fortune 500 companies to offer their employees education as a benefit, including certificate programs and degrees. As a Senior Learning Designer supporting Guild’s Member Operations team, I worked alongside other Learning Designers and Trainers to develop training materials for Guild’s ~400 member-facing team members. In addition to enabling Customer Service Agents and Growth Coaches, we regularly partnered with the People team to create enterprise-wide trainings. As the demands on our team increased, it was clear that we needed to streamline the training development process by incorporating templates into our work.

Solution:

I created a series of on-brand templates for my teammates to streamline the training development process, which resulted in increased feedback scores from our learners and reduced the amount of time needed to create each deliverable.
